The Strategy for Developing Educational Pedagogical Competencies in Madrasah Tsanawiyah

It is crucial that educational establishments uphold the standard of teachers' pedagogical ability. There are a number strategies may be used to improve educators' competency, including performing their tasks as educators in professional manner and trying discipline oneself engage various activities can foster competency growth. This research aimed analyze development strategy for educators. The study primary data through interviews questionnaires 63 informants samples based on sample criteria 3 principals, 30 students informants. findings show headmaster Madrasah Tsanawiyah, leader each institution, employs variety enhancing proficiency by inspiring involving participate scientific like energizing Subject Teachers Conference, Teacher Working Group, seminars, training, workshops. concluded growth complies with national requirements. Moreover, it institutions at all levels create ways educator competencies.
